How it works

We’ll send you the paperwork to complete and return so that you can market your property as ‘LegallyReady’. This simply means that the initial contract is ready to be sent to a buyer as soon as an offer is accepted. Instructing DezrezLegal to get your property Legally Ready means we can:

Get an online conveyancing estimate

Quickly get a fixed-fee quote for your move.

  • Confirm ID for all seller clients.
  • Issue our client onboarding pack, including the Fixtures and Fittings Form (TA10) and Property Information Forms (TA6 & TA7) needed to produce a complete Contract Pack.
  • Comprehensively check the TA10, TA6, and TA7 documents and request any further information required  before the buyer’s Conveyancer undertakes their review of the paperwork.
  • Order a management pack from the Management Company for Leasehold and Freehold properties with a Management Company (with the permission of the client).
  • Produce a complete contract pack immediately upon receipt of a memorandum of sale from your estate agent.
