Olivia began her conveyancing journey in Cardiff in 2018, fresh out of university. What started as simply exploring the industry quickly became a career she genuinely loves. The fast-paced, ever-changing nature of conveyancing immediately appealed to her, and she finds real satisfaction in guiding clients through one of the most important milestones of their lives.
Welsh born and bred, Olivia now lives in the beautiful West Wales countryside. She studied Law (LLB) at the University of Exeter before completing her Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Manchester.
Now one year into her time at DezrezLegal, Olivia has developed a strong appreciation for the skills the role demands. Multi-tasking is essential in such a busy environment, but just as important is empathy. Property transactions can be both complex and emotional, and she believes that providing reassurance alongside clear, consistent communication makes all the difference to the client experience.

Outside of work, Olivia loves travelling and experiencing new cultures, people and food whenever she can. When she’s relaxing at home, you’ll likely find her reading a good book or getting stuck into a new TV series, ideally with a builder’s tea in hand! Her dream home is a charming cottage in the hills of Tuscany, where pasta and sunshine would be part of everyday life.
