Louis joined DezrezLegal five years ago after applying for a Business Administration Apprenticeship — not originally planning a career in conveyancing. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he became a full-time member of the Service Support Team before being promoted to Team Lead in April 2025.
He believes empathy and client support are essential in conveyancing, especially during what can be a very stressful time for people moving home.
For Louis, DezrezLegal stands out because of its strong culture of support, where colleagues genuinely care about one another and are always willing to help.
Not a tea or coffee fan, he’d much rather have a bottle of pop to get through the day. His dream home would be somewhere with lots of snow, as hot weather definitely isn’t for him.
Outside of work, Louis is kept company by his two Ragdoll cats, Betty and Maude — who he insists are the cutest around.
